Sit by the fireplace & enjoy two delicious varieties of oysters, which will be served on the half shell and paired with champagne and a selection of white wines. Taste the differences between the oysters and even try your hand at shucking.
Includes two varieties of oysters, Champagne, Selection of White Wines, Educational Discussion about Oysters, and farming techniques. We will have both raw and cooked oysters.
