Workshop Description:

In this interactive, experiential workshop, we will inspire you to open and walk through the door to profound change by leveraging strengths of individuals and teams.

• Learn how to apply a strengths-based framework to tackling transition with greater success, ease and confidence
• Interpret and analyze the results of your Gallup CliftonStrengths Assessment in greater depth, which uncovers your dominant strengths
• Pinpoint the immediate steps you'll take tomorrow to move towards your next important milestone
