Explore one of our planet’s unique wetlands- vernal pools. After learning about salamanders, frogs and invertebrates who depend on these habitats, we’ll venture out for some hands-on exploration. Wear rubber boots or other shoes that you can get wet. This program is suitable for families and adults. Meets at DPNC. Free

Starting at DPNC, we will hike through the woods, fields and across Pequotsepos Brook to the Giving Garden for a quick tour, before heading past the Stillman Foundation and back to the Nature Center. Along the way, we will discuss the cultural landscape and its natural wonders. This program is suited for families and adults. Free.
