Free Balance Assessments
Description
Come meet a local Doctor of Physical Therapy from Strive Rehabilitation Services and have your risk for falling assessed. Your vitals signs and/or a full Tinetti Balance Assessment will be performed with the Physical Therapist. Please register for this event by calling the Charlestown Senior Center.
