Description
Join Heather Van Dam, Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner, and discover how both ordinary and extraordinary tea types can benefit your energy, sleep and overall immunity. This hands-on workshop will include teas to sample and teas to create and take home. Tea may just become your new favorite beverage!
