Wintertime in New England is evocative of Hot Cocoa and sledding in the snow. Sounds wonderful but we wanted to bring you something that comes from a different landscape. For that we are working with local artisanal producer Mystic Cheese.

We are incredibly excited to work with them not only because they make an amazing product, but because they only work with locally sourced milk. Some of their methods are old school, not because they have to because they want to make a product that is unique to them and the area we live in. Cheese itself is a joyous product with almost as many variations as there are ways to use it. That does not mean that all pairings were created equal. We will be showcasing what Mystic Cheese produces here next to some of the most iconic wines from Savoy.

Our team alongside Christian from Mystic Cheese will all be on hand for this unique event. Looking forward to having you all there.

This event will include six wines from Savoy and four cheeses from local cheese producer, Mystic Cheese. It will also include local honey from Stonewall Apiary.
