Mommy and Me Exercise Class
Description
Come join Strive Rehabilitation Services for their Mommy and Me Exercise Class. It is offered live in the conference room at the Chamber of Commerce, as well as live virtually. This program is for moms and their little ones aged 0-5 years old. It is a great way to get in shape while connecting with your baby. Come to have some fun, get in shape, bond with your baby, and make some new friends along the way. Registration is required. Please email info@striverehabservices.com to register.
