Description
Based on the fun loving TV Sitcom character from Three's Company, get your wildest caftan, curly wig, and chunky jewelry and join the Mrs. Roper Romp & Caftan Crawl. On October 5th in downtown Westerly-Pawcatuck, take to the streets as your best Mrs. Roper. The public is encouraged to celebrate her legacy by wearing red wigs, muumuus and costume jewelry while enjoying food, drink live music and shopping in downtown Westerly.
Step back into the 70's and honor the wild Mrs. Roper! Stanleys, Chrissys and Janets are welcome to join the fun too.
The ROMP kicks off at 2 pm at Owl & Dove. The first 50 Helens to arrive will receive a free swag bag. Show off your skills with Limbo at High Hope Tavern. Make sure you're at Amigos Taqueria Y Tequila for raffle prizes and a costume contest. Prizes to be awarded for best costumes!
