Description
Join us for a beautiful way to unwind from the week: a hot cup of tea, an invigorating eucalyptus steam, and a sound bath session in our private lounge facing the ocean. The aural tones from this sound bath experience will send your cares drifting away.
Ideal for first-time participants as we explain and introduce the concepts of sound therapy, do guided breathing as a group, and then ease into the meditative practice of sound. Attendees will be able to access the Ocean & Harvest Spa lockers and steam room starting at 5:00 p.m. prior to the beginning of the session.
