This is a space to remember what the body already knows — the rhythmic, instinctive unfolding of life. Together, we’ll explore time-honored, holistic practices that honor the physiology of birth, quiet fear, and root you in trust for your own sacred journey into motherhood.

This two day immersion is for anyone interested in understanding how birth works when supported, rather than managed.

Whether you’re preparing for your own birth, walking alongside a birthing person, or deepening your study of birth work, this space will offer a clear, evidence-based exploration of the physiologic and subconscious process of birth.

It’s for birthing women who want to uncover and hoor the wisdom already within their bodies to move through birth without the use of pain medication. And it’s for partners, doulas, and students who want to better understand and support the natural process of labor and birth.
