Tone & Stretch
Description
Exercise mat and water. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers. Exercise mats
will be available to borrow. All fitness levels welcome. Participants engage in fullbody toning using dumbbells, body weight, and resistance bands in a fun and
friendly setting. Class ends with stretch, rest, and meditation.
