We are seeking an Administration Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls, manage those messages in 'Asana'
- Organize paperwork into current filing system
- Gather mail and drive to bank daily, est. 3 mile round trip
- Input list data into excel workbooks
- Input Google calendar entries
- Create 'Dig Safe' tickets online
- Work with plant lists to find local quotes
- keep inventory of office supplies and shop supplies, such as gloves, glasses, & safety equipment.
- Filing IFTA truck information into excel workbooks
- Perform other simple office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent and patient communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with excel and Google email, calendar and other Google apps.
