Henderson Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR). If you love helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, questions, and service updates

• Coordinate appointments between homeowners and our sales team

• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed

• Provide a positive, professional experience for every customer interaction

• Support office operations and help keep things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable with phones, computers, and basic office software
• Ability to multitask
• Previous customer service or office experience is a plus (but not required)
