About Us

60 bed, family-owned short-term and long-term nursing facility located on Post Road. We accept all insurances and offer a great rehab facility for those that need a little help before returning home after hospital stay/surgery. We have an excellent reputation for getting patients back to their prior level of function. Our long-term residents also love our facility as we have many activities including music, exercise, games, movie nights, and outside conversations. We abide by the state guidelines for visitation.
