Fresh Cup Café has a new Executive Chef/Owner who is VERY excited to meet all existing and new customers in the new year! Please welcome Jamey Maloof! Jamey brings experience from well known bakeries to include Sift Bake Shop where she held the Executive Sous Chef position for Adam Young, Chef Owner in Mystic, CT for the last 5 years. Before her time at Sift, Jamey held the head baker position for The Cake Boss Buddy Valastro at Carlo’s Bakery at Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut. Jamey graduated from the well-renowned Culinary School of Johnson & Wales in Providence, RI obtaining a degree of Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Service Management.
