About Us

Designer Sherry Pierce was born and raised in East Greenwich, RI. First opening her doors in 1989. Voted one of the “10 Best Designers” In 1996 by RI monthly, Sherry moved her family and business to Westerly and founded Watch Hill Designs in 2015. Sherry doesn't have a set style, her clients' tastes and style drives the design. Leading them through conversations about what they like visually, how they plan to live, asking questions like: Do you have children? Who uses this room? Who visits regularly, grandkids etc. Clients' answers allows Sherry to build practicality into her designs, so the rooms aren't just beautiful, they're practical. Working closely with the Boston & NY Design centers allows the local office to stay current on updated products and samples. Watch Hill Designs has been featured in several local publication.
